Responsibilities • Responsible for employee life cycle for employees based in Mexico City including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies and procedures, employee relations, organization development, talent management and development, employee welfare, onboarding and offboarding, HR operations and administration, etc. • Partner with the Leaders and Management to align, propose and execute HR strategy to support local business needs • Work closely with key stakeholders (HQ Departments, COEs, Business leaders, etc.) and provide HR business partnering advice in terms of recruitment, workforce planning and hiring plans, talent development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits • Review and enhance HR policies, processes and practices, and drive agreed action plans • Ensure the HR practices stay updated and comply with local regulations and laws • Assist in yearly Budget Planning and Annual Performance
Requirements • Experience in Latin American countries is preferred • At least 5 years of relevant HR managerial experience • Mandarin and English can be used as working language • Good communication and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a People Person • Analytical, resourceful, self-driven, organized andmeticulous • Familiar and kept up-to-date on prevailing HR practices, legislation and HR trends • Proactive and hands-on, able to navigate and work with ambiguity • A team player with positive energy and a good leader/mentor to the HR team
